Job Summary:The senior attorney is a seasoned and accomplished professional who has the ability to lead and manage our personal injury, class action, and insurance law practice. The Senior Attorney will provide strategic guidance, handle complex litigation, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of attorneys and support staff.
- Lead the development and implementation of case strategies.
- Handle complex litigation, including trials and appeals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on complex matters.
- Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
- Mentor and train junior attorneys, law clerks, and paralegals.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the practice areas.
- Participate in business development and client acquisition efforts.

Education and Experience:

- Admission to the state bar and license to practice law.
