Our firm is unique and hse litigation as a last resort! We aim to settle most cases which is usually best for the client and family. Applicants must align with the firm core values or dedication to firm, compassion, personable, teamwork, and takes initiative!
Responsibilities:
- Mentor associate attorneys in your office
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations while maintaining high standards of professionalism
- Follow firm SOPs!
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; admission to TN
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
