We are excited to invite a Senior Attorney to our team. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Attorney, leveraging your experience to achieve optimal results for clients. Responsibilities:
- Advocate for clients in various family law matters
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements specific to family law cases
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to stay abreast of family law regulations and precedents relevant to Texas
- Provide legal counsel and advice to clients regarding their legal rights and obligations in family law matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations within the state of Texas
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Texas Bar admission
- Minimum of 5 years of experience handling family law cases in Texas
- Proficiency in tracking billable hours efficiently and utilizing technology
- Strong multitasking abilities and resilience under pressure
- Attention to detail, reliability, and dependability
- Problem-solving skills and dedication to achieving results
- Previous management experience or similar leadership roles are preferred
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 yearly
