The Opportunity:
Senior Attorneys take ownership of their cases from strategy through resolution, with the autonomy to litigate decisively and the support of a dedicated team of associates, paralegals, and legal assistants. What You'll Own
- Develop case strategy focused on strong, efficient outcomes.
- Lead matters through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
- Take and defend depositions and lead meet-and-confer efforts.
- Advocate for clients in hearings, negotiations, mediations, and trials.
- Guide and develop the team supporting your caseload.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Seven plus years of experience specializing in employment litigation.
- Experience serving as Lead Attorney for FEHA matters.
- Superior analytical and legal research skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to Associates, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants
Compensation:
$175,000 - $250,000 depending on experience
