The expected annual salary range for this role is $123,000-$182,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What Will You Do?
As a Senior Attorney, Commercial Contracts you will play a pivotal role in navigating diverse and rapidly evolving markets. Your ability to develop a deep understanding of our products and services will be essential in providing strategic counsel and applying a creative approach to contract negotiations. You will lead contracting efforts by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of agreements—including MPAs/MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and joint development agreements—while securing advantageous terms and mitigating legal and commercial risks. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Credit, HR, Finance, Insurance, and specialized legal practice areas including Business Counsel, IP, and EHS. Success in this position requires high emotional intelligence and the ability to tailor your guidance to the unique perspectives and experience levels of various stakeholders. You will be part of a Legal team that values continuous learning, process and policy improvement, and courageous collaboration across the organization. Within the Contracts Organization, you'll join an ambitious team dedicated to mastering both the art of negotiation and the technical expertise of contracting. Experience in dispute resolution is also beneficial, offering valuable insight into the downstream effects of contract negotiations.

They should possess a strong interpersonal and leadership skill set that is effective across all levels of the organization, coupled with a proven track record of building organizational capability. This candidate should be able to bring experience negotiating commercial contracts efficiently and effectively while navigating various commercial and legal risk areas across a variety of markets/industries.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) required and a license to practice in one of 50 U.S. States.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
  • Minimum of 7 years negotiating commercial contracts.
  • No relocation being offered for this position candidates must be located within a 50 mile radius of Arden NC, Beachwood OH, Davenport IA, Moon Township PA, Raleigh NC or Waukesha WI to be considered.
  • This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158.
