Taft is seeking an attorney with at least 10+ years of experience to join our Private Client practice group. The ideal candidate has significant experience advising high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, including on advanced estate, gift, and GST tax planning. Substantial experience with lifetime gifting strategies, sales to grantor and non-grantor trusts, QSBS planning, fiduciary counsel, and trust and estate administration is essential. This role will involve close collaboration with senior partners, overseeing and mentoring associates, reviewing and refining sophisticated planning documents, and, over time, taking the lead on managing complex matters. Excellent academic and professional credentials, strong analytical ability, and clear, practical communication skills are required.Taft offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401K, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, bonus and more. The salary range for this position is $265,000-$380,000/year.
