Description:
Saul Ewing is seeking an experienced senior associate or counsel with
outstanding credentials to join our growing Wilmington office and
commercial litigation practice. An ideal candidate will have at least 7
years of experience in the Court of Chancery of Delaware. Candidates
must have superior research and motion drafting abilities, proficiency
in taking and defending depositions, and trial and/or trial preparation
experience. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing
and communication skills are essential for this role. Candidates must
be admitted to practice in the State of Delaware. The anticipated pay
range for this role is $240,000 - $260,000.
