Saul Ewing is seeking an experienced a senior associate with strong credentials to join our expanding Labor and Employment practice in our Los Angeles office. An ideal candidate will have five to eight years of experience in employment counseling and litigation, including wage and hour class actions, as well as single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases Candidates must have superior research and motion drafting abilities, proficiency in taking and defending depositions, and trial and/or trial preparation experience. Restrictive covenant and traditional labor experience are a plus. This is an opportunity to join and collaborate with a growing national practice group. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the State of California.
