Clyde & Co seeks an Senior Associate to join our Dallas insurance coverage team. We are looking for a bright attorney and an excellent writer who is highly motivated and proactive with their caseload—someone who will be able to act independently and is comfortable taking on a leadership role with their cases, with experience and an interest in working on complex insurance coverage litigation matters.Although our team is based in Dallas, we are open to remote candidates located anywhere within Texas.
Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Analyzing third-party insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and providing coverage advice to insurance company clients
- Assisting in federal and state litigation, including declaratory judgment actions brought by our insurer clients and defending our insurer clients in litigation filed by policyholders
Education and Experience:
Admitted to practice in Texas

- Exceptional legal writing and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and a sense of ownership over work
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
- Willingness to travel as needed
