Requirements:
You must have:
- 4-10+ years of relevant experience in Corporate, Financing, and Licensing and related transactional work is strongly preferred – we are all generalists here but take on specific roles within the “in-house” structure.
- Extraordinary drafting skills, attention to detail, and a passion to deliver excellent client service in accordance with A Law Firm's service level agreement.
- The ability to self-start and handle projects from start to finish with minimal supervision and direction.
- Demonstrated ability in drafting agreements, customizing and tailoring form agreements to each client's voice and business model, following an established legal playbook.
- Curiosity about the client and their projects, always seeking opportunities to provide the highest level of service.
- Residency and active bar admission will consider licensed attorneys outside of Washington, however no relocation fees are included.
- Excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work product with minimal supervision and direction.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Positive, team-playing, can-do attitude.
