Senior Associate - Employment & Labor Relations

Taft is seeking an associate with at least 6 years of experience to join its comprehensive Employment and Labor practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience with, or a desire to focus on, management-side employment law litigation and counseling, including experience taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and advising on litigation strategy. Experience in wage and hour collective and class actions would be a plus. Candidates should have exceptional academic and professional credentials, along with superior research, writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills.​
