Taft is seeking a team-oriented senior litigation associate to join its construction practice in our West Palm Beach office.Taft is seeking a Senior Associate with at least eight or more years of construction litigation experience, including: managing junior associates, representing clients in complex construction litigation, construction defect claims counseling, and contract and business disputes. Transactional experience with contract drafting and negotiation is a plus.
