Responsibilities:

Manage the work of junior associates
Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and trials
Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and contracts
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
Manage caseload and meet deadlines effectively

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar license in the State of California
Any experience in these areas, General Litigation, Premise Liability, and Labor & Employment law, is a plus
Strong litigation, research, and writing skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
