Description:
We are seeking a senior associate attorney with 5-8 years of workplace law experience. The ideal candidate will have experience advising employers on a wide range of employment and workplace matters and handling employment-related litigation and proceedings. The Senior Associate will manage matters with a high degree of independence while collaborating with partners and other attorneys.Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery, and other employment-related documents,
- Assisting with mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation
- Conducting workplace investigations,
- Communicating directly with clients
- Performing legal research
The ideal candidate has:
- 5-8 years of workplace law experience
- Experience advising employers on a wide range of employment and workplace matters and handling employment-related litigation and proceedings.
Admission to the Michigan Bar and excellent academic credentials are required.
