About the role:
CD LAW is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Associate Attorney with 7–8 years of personal injury litigation experience to join our growing team in Downtown Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of litigation from case inception through trial or settlement.
Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and court appearances.
Draft and argue complex motions, pleadings, and briefs.
Communicate regularly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
Collaborate closely with partners, paralegals, and case managers to move cases efficiently through all stages.
Oversee and guide junior attorneys and support staff on case strategy and workflow.
Maintain superior attention to detail and time management while handling multiple active files.

Qualifications:
Required:

Licensed to practice law in the State of California and in good standing.
7–8 years of litigation experience, specifically in Personal Injury.
Strong experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

Trial experience or first-chair trial participation.
Experience handling catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or high-value PI cases.
Leadership experience in mentoring or supervising junior attorneys.
