Eric Nielson & Associates, a lucrative civil litigation firm specializing in medical negligence, has an immediate opening for a FULL-TIME SENIOR ASSOCIATE. 7-10 years' experience preferred. Complex civil litigation experience a plus. Sr. Associate will assist with case preparation, drafting of pleadings, medical-legal research, depositions, corresponding with experts, attending hearings etc. Medical malpractice experience preferred. The ideal candidate should have extensive trial experience. Applicants must be professional in appearance and conduct.
