Senior Associate Attorney

Los Angeles Litigators and Trial Attorneys is seeking a Senior Associate to lead one of our trial teams in Los Angeles. This exciting opportunity offers a partnership track, associate bonuses, affiliation with plaintiff's' organizations, and more. Minimum 8 years previous experience with personal injury and sexual abuse/assault. Experience in employment, medical malpractice, elder abuse, is a plus.

Responsibilities as a Senior Associate:

• Manage a caseload of complex legal matters and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Lead a litigation team and manage junior associates, paralegals, legal assistants.
• Handle cases from inception through trial.
• Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and provide effective solutions.
• Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations in California.
• Work with leadership to develop your own client base and referral sources.
• Participate in local, state, and national trial lawyer associations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California Bar.
• 8+ years of experience in personal injury and sexual abuse/assault. Experience in medical malpractice, elder abuse, or related areas of plaintiff's litigation preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing high-volume caseload and meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
