Who You Are:

A licensed attorney in California or Arizona (or both)
3+ years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law (Litigation and Trial experience, a plus)
Motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Ready to lead case strategy and support team members with clarity and confidence
A clear communicator who values teamwork, integrity, and results

What you will do:

Maintain your caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from start to finish and have a 360 view of cases
Lead your team with clear direction and a strong case strategy
Communicate proactively with clients, providers, adjusters, and defense counsel
Craft powerful demand letters and negotiate high-value settlements
Collaborate closely with other attorneys and staff to reach shared goals
Guide your team through lien reductions, final settlements, and case resolution
Document thoroughly and review files for accuracy and completeness
Foster a positive and supportive team culture
