Who You Are:
- A licensed attorney in California or Arizona (or both)
- 3+ years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law (Litigation and Trial experience, a plus)
- Motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Ready to lead case strategy and support team members with clarity and confidence
- A clear communicator who values teamwork, integrity, and results
- Looking for a place to grow roots and thrive long-term
What you will do:
- Maintain your caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from start to finish and have a 360 view of cases
- Lead your team with clear direction and a strong case strategy
- Communicate proactively with clients, providers, adjusters, and defense counsel
- Craft powerful demand letters and negotiate high-value settlements
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys and staff to reach shared goals
- Guide your team through lien reductions, final settlements, and case resolution
- Document thoroughly and review files for accuracy and completeness
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture
