We're seeking a Senior Employment Attorney to join our team, someone ready to own a caseload from intake through trial, lead strategy, and help shape the next generation of litigators at the firm.
What You'll Do:
- Manage your own docket from intake through trial with full ownership of your cases
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Take and defend depositions (required)
- Appear regularly in court, mediations, and arbitrations
- Lead case strategy and mentor junior attorneys, passing on what it takes to win

Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
- Active California Bar Membership
- 3+ Years of Plaintiff Side Employment Litigation Experience
- Deposition Experience Required, Trial Experience Strongly Preferred
- Strong Legal Research, Writing, and Oral Advocacy Skills
- Ability to Manage Cases Independently, Lead Strategy, and Mentor Junior Attorneys
