The Oswego County Public Defender's Office has an immediate opening for a Senior Assistant Public Defender responsible for the representation of indigent persons in criminal courts, with emphasis on criminal defense related matters.Qualifications: Graduation from an American Bar Association accredited law school two (2) years of experience in the practice of criminal law and/or in Family Court. Special Requirement: NYS License to practice law. Candidate must be a resident of Oswego County at time of appointment.
