Senate Budget Committee Democratic staff seeks a law clerk for Fall 2026 from September – December with flexible start dates. Applicants must either be current students or recent graduates from an accredited JD program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong legal research and writing skills, an interest in the legislative process, and a commitment to public service. Law clerks will conduct legal research, draft memos, support oversight and investigative work, and other duties as assigned. This position is paid.
