Description:
Vinson & Elkins is seeking a securitization and structured finance associate or senior associate for its Oil & Gas ABS finance practice in New York, Dallas, Houston, or Washington. Candidates should have 3 or more years of experience (J.D. class of 2023 or earlier). Candidates should have significant transactional experience in securitization and structured finance, including the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of transaction documents for asset-backed securities (ABS) offerings and other structured credit transactions. Specific experience with Oil & Gas or other esoteric ABS asset classes is a plus. The annual base salary ranges from $260,000+.
