Our securities litigation practice represents clients in every type and every stage of securities litigation. Who You Are:
- You have 3 to 6 years of significant law firm experience in securities, complex commercial, and/or business litigation.
- You have experience handling sophisticated disputes involving federal and state securities laws, shareholder claims, fiduciary duties and corporate governance, class actions, and other complex business matters.
- Experience with complex commercial dockets, including the Massachusetts Business Litigation Session (BLS), and/or with SEC investigations, internal investigations, and related regulatory or enforcement matters is a plus.
- You have strong experience with legal research and writing, substantive motion practice, discovery, depositions, and case strategy.
- You have the ability to communicate complex matters concisely and effectively, both orally and in writing, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
- You have a strong work ethic, a collaborative approach, and an interest in taking on increasing levels of responsibility.
- You are admitted to the bar in the state in which you practice or are eligible for admission by waiver.
