Description:
We are seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Securities and Complex Litigation group. Our litigation team covers all major jurisdictions and market sectors. Our lawyers represent public companies and their executives, officers, directors and board committees, as well as broker-dealers, mutual fund companies and other financial institutions, across the spectrum of litigation matters. In addition to handling U.S.-based matters, we have represented or coordinated global representations for our clients. We also represent companies in complex litigation, high-stakes appeals, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings across a broad range of industries. Our team is consistently recognized in leading industry publications, including Chambers USA and Benchmark Litigation, and many of our attorneys have significant experience from clerkships and high-level government roles.Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.
We are looking for:
- Experience in complex civil disputes, securities litigation, and white-collar investigations
- Candidates with a strong academic background, along with excellent analytical, writing and research skills
- Elite law firm experience is strongly preferred
- Prior clerkship experience is strongly preferred
