Description:
A Leading National Law Firm seeks an attorney with 5+ years of securities experience to join
our Corporate Finance Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have
significant experience focused on a variety of securities matters,
including securities offerings (public and private), the preparation of
registration statements for initial public offerings, secondary
offerings and mergers, proxy statements and other filings, as well as
1934 Act compliance matters, related disclosures, and other compliance
obligations. An ideal candidate will also have some experience with the
organization of private investment funds. An all-around securities
expert who can support and advise on IPOs and other transactions will be
a good fit for this position. The work requires strong attention to
detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines.
Someone who works well within a fast-paced and productive team, both
in-person and remotely, will be a strong addition. Portable business is
welcome, but not required, and there may be flexibility with title based
on experience level. Admission to practice in the United States, with
ability to immediately waive into the state bar where the candidate is
located, is required. The preferred location for this position is
Milwaukee, however, we will consider candidates in Chicago, Bloomfield
Hills, or San Antonio. We will consider remote candidates based in
Denver only.
