Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, NE seeks to hire two full-time faculty. The Law school has particular needs in Estate Planning, Health Law, Sports Law, Tax, Wills and Trusts, but also is interested in candidates with backgrounds in Commercial Law, Cyber and Technology Law, Human Rights, International Business Transactions, International Trade Regulation, Labor and Employment Law, or Military Law.

The positions are tenure eligible.

The Law School offers multiple study abroad and joint degree programs, including its JD/Master's in Government Organization and Leadership (GOAL) which places students in externships at federal agencies in Washington D.C.

The Law School is home to the Omaha Bar Association, the Werner Institute for Dispute Resolution, and several offices of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
