Dykema's Bankruptcy Group seeks an associate with 3-4 years of bankruptcy experience to join its Houston office. Bankruptcy experience should include drafting and negotiating documents for complex corporate and restructuring transactions, including resolving business disputes in and out of court. Responsibilities will include the representation of debtors and creditors in corporate bankruptcy cases. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are required. The work requires attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Bankruptcy court clerkship experience preferred. Admission to practice in Texas is required.
