Willkie is seeking a mid-level to senior associate with five or more years of experience at a peer firm representing debtors and creditors in large, complex chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate finance and be familiar with issues investors face in complex restructurings.
