Small Omaha law firm has an immediate opening for a research and writing attorney to join its growing defense team. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a clerk for a federal or state court judge and/or 5 or more years of defense litigation experience in general liability matters with a particular focus in writing federal and state court briefs, appellate briefs and arguing appeals. We work together as a team defending and trying complex, high value cases. In addition to teamwork, superior analytical skills, an ability to multi-task and creative thinking are needed. Excellent writing skills are essential.
