Location: Hybrid – Must reside in New Jersey (In-person court + Remote flexibility)
Schedule: Full-Time (Minimum 45 hours/week)

What You'll Do:
- Represent clients in EOIR removal and bond hearings
- File motions, briefs, and appeals before EOIR, BIA, and federal courts
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with detained clients and their families
- Participate in AOS interviews and SIJS hearings
- Develop innovative litigation strategies based on in-depth legal research
- Collaborate with case managers and legal assistants to build strong cases
- Maintain organized, timely, and compliant case records and deadlines
Who You Are:
- A licensed attorney in any U.S. state (New Jersey preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in removal defense and bond representation (strongly
- preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly preferred)
- Based in New Jersey with the ability to appear in person for court and client
- meetings
- A strong writer, confident litigator, and tireless advocate
- Deeply aligned with immigrant rights and social justice
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
