We need an experienced immigration attorney who:
- Has multiple years of hands-on immigration law experience
- Thrives in a high-volume, high-stakes, fast-moving environment
- Cares deeply about clients and outcomes—not just billables

- Is confident in handling complex cases and mentoring others
- Is ready to help shape the future of the firm and the field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
Job Duties:
- Handle immigration cases from intake through resolution, including complex and high-impact matters
- Represent clients before immigration courts and agencies
- Conduct client consultations with confidence, empathy, and authority
- Collaborate with a skilled legal team and mentor junior attorneys and staff
- Stay ahead of changes in immigration law and policy
- Contribute to firm growth, strategy, and legal innovation
- Be part of cases and advocacy efforts that make real legal advances
