A respected mid-size national insurance defense firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage / Bad Faith Attorney to join our team. This remote position is available to candidates licensed in Nevada, California, or Arizona. - Practice split between insurance coverage opinion work and defense litigation, including bad faith and general insurance matters
- Draft detailed coverage opinions and provide strategic advice for both liability and property insurers across a range of complex issues
- Represent insurers in pre-litigation and litigation phases involving a variety of claims
- Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging cases with a national client base
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience handling insurance coverage and bad faith litigation
- Strong writing and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex files independently
- Active license to practice law in Nevada, California, or Arizona (additional state licenses are a plus)
