- Required Education – JD
- Actively barred in: Colorado
- Entry-level attorneys encouraged to apply
- Enthusiasm to go to court and develop litigation skills is fantastic
- Must reside in Colorado
Responsibilities:
- Work remotely from a home office or in our Englewood office
- Suttell & Hammer maintains a small remote office located in Englewood, CO with a seasoned CO Attorney
- Remote and in-person court appearances on behalf of our clients
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Review and approve pleadings and correspondence
- Negotiate to resolve matters prior to trial
