Description:
Troutman Pepper Locke is actively seeking a career attorney to join our Regulatory Investigations, Strategy + Enforcement (RISE) practice group. We are looking for candidates who have between 1 to 5 years of experience in litigation, investigations, and/or compliance. This role will focus on state and federal regulatory litigation, including spinoff consumer class litigation and administrative litigation. Candidates must have significant trial experience. The position is open to candidates at any of our office locationsCandidates must have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state where they reside and work.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $175,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
