We are looking for an expert to be responsible for providing legal services for the Company's business and operations in the Mountain region, which encompasses Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. Responsibility for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others is a must.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Juris Doctor (or equivalent) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Idaho, Wyoming, or Montana.
  • Three or more years of experience in the practice of law.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in interacting with peers, management, and external parties.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills and independent judgment.
  • Experience in the practice of law in area(s) related to the Company's business and operations.
  • Proficiency with legal research and writing.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Provide legal services in areas such as construction law, contracts, real estate and other business transactions, claims and litigation, labor and employment, environmental law, and legal compliance.
  • Assist the Chief Legal Officer in the supervision and coordination of outside counsel.
  • Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.
  • Review legal matters that may impact the Company and perform other projects as assigned.
