Summary: Seeking a motivated candidate with 3+ years of experience to join our expanding Real Estate and Commercial Mortgage Lending team.Desired candidates will have experience with a range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including loans, portfolio transactions, construction and permanent financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. Experience drafting and negotiating loan documents and real estate contracts, analyzing title and survey matters, and addressing due diligence issues is preferred. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize and manage workload.
