We are looking for candidates with broad experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, retail and ground leasing, financing, construction, development, joint ventures, with experience in hospitality and CC&Rs a plus. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, mortgage loan documents, managing closing checklists, overseeing closing documents and other fundamental real estate transaction documents, with experience negotiating and drafting joint venture agreements, hotel management and license agreements, CC&Rs, REAs, Declarations and Easement Agreements being a plus.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of broad transactional real estate experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- A self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude with an emphasis on collaboration
- Effective and efficient problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and proactively with confidence
- Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction in which you plan to practice
