Greenspoon Marder LLP is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Associate to join the Miami office with 5+ years of substantive general experience involving real estate transactional (commercial and residential) party representation. Ideal candidates should have experience with lender representation, sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions, developer representation and leasing. Must be proficient at complex legal drafting. Prior law firm experience and Florida Bar required. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Professional-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both languages is required to serve our clients.Associate Life:
