Description:
Candidate should have 3–7 years (classes 2019-2023) of commercial real estate experience. Strong candidates will have experience with some or all of the following: acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, purchase & sale and leasing of commercial real properties. Large law firm background preferred; experience in data center development and/or data center leasing a plus, but not required. The annual base salary ranges from $260,000 to $420,000.
