A Global Law Firm is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join the Real Estate team in NY.Band 1 Real Estate Department is seeking for a mid-level associate with development and/or finance experience. Ideal development candidates will have experience with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, borrower-side finance, and development transactions. Ideal finance candidates will have experience representing lenders on mortgage and subordinate commercial real estate loans (including mezzanine loans and preferred equity), with experience with construction lending or repurchase facilities a plus.
This is a unique opportunity to work on deal teams with early responsibility and client facing time. Therefore, associates will need to be highly skilled at working on the main transactional documents (e.g., drafting joint venture agreements and loan agreements).
