Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join the New York office of Fox Rothschild. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience and a strong background in real estate litigation. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position at this time.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New York.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic real estate litigation team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prosecute and defend cases through all stages of litigation in state and federal courts.
- Represent clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings before forums such as the American Arbitration Association and JAMS.
- Minimize client risk, set clear expectations, and develop practical strategies and creative solutions to achieve client objectives.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
