Job Summary:Growing law firm seeks a litigation attorney with 10+ years of litigation or trial experience. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The firm has a heavy litigation practice with an emphasis in real estate.
Duties and responsibilities include drafting pretrial pleadings and motions, propounding and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, taking a case from inception to trial, and conducting trials.
Must possess the following qualities and skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with all aspects of the litigation process including court rules, procedures, and protocols.
