The New York office of Blank Rome LLP has a special opportunity for an accomplished Real Estate Leasing Practice Attorney with at least 4-6 years of experience handling sophisticated commercial leasing transactions, particularly within the high-end retail market and luxury real estate. The ideal candidate can demonstrate ability to think strategically, self-starter and is business minded. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players who are comfortable directly interfacing with clients and leading matters as appropriate. The role offers exposure to marquee clients, complex deal structures, and close collaboration with leading real estate partners on matters shaping premier assets in New York and nationally. Outstanding academic and professional credentials are needed to join this exciting, energetic, fast-paced team. Experience in a large law firm setting is preferred. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York. Please note that this is a non-partner track position. This position is open to recruiting agency submissions.The target annual pay range for this role in New York City is $160,000 - $190,000 plus bonuses based on performance. Positions outside of New York City will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome's total compensation package for employees.
