Description:
The New York and Miami offices of Reed Smith are seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join the Real Estate Finance group. Candidates should have 3 – 5 years of transactional real estate experience (either real estate finance or commercial real estate) representing lenders and/or borrowers. In addition, experience with customary due diligence review and analysis (including title insurance, survey, corporate formation documents, SNDAs, and construction documentation) is a plus. $235,000 - $365,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
