Job Description:The Real Estate, Finance & Banking Practice Group is seeking to add an associate to any of our office locations with a preference for our Nashville or Chattanooga, TN offices. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate and/or commercial finance, with experience in all or some of acquisitions and dispositions, development, or lending transactions. Healthcare or specialty finance experience is preferred.

Job Requirements:
- This position is available for any of our office locations with a preference for our Nashville or Chattanooga, TN offices.
- 3-5 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate and/or commercial finance, with experience in all or some of acquisitions and dispositions, development, or lending transactions
- Healthcare of specialty finance experience is preferred
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Superior academic credentials from an accredited law school
