Brown Huff Zohar seeks an attorney with 4-7+ years of experience to join our Dunedin office. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have demonstrated, consistent experience with the following duties:

Draft and review commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements and leases.
Conduct title, survey, and other real estate due diligence reviews.
Represent clients in and conduct real estate closings.
Review and negotiate commercial real estate and business loan documents.
Draft and review company formation documents, including operating agreements.

Candidates must have significant experience with one or more of the above duties to be considered.

Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience drafting and reviewing corporate contracts and in M&A transactions.
