Now Hiring: Real Estate Closing Attorney (Entry-Level or Experienced)

We're seeking a full-time Real Estate Closing Attorney to join our Mooresville office. Prior real estate experience is welcome but not required. We're ready to train the right person.

- Is eager to learn a new area of law and put in the work to master it.
- Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and when speaking with clients and real estate professionals.
- Can comfortably lead a closing room of 6–8 people with professionalism and warmth.
- Pays close attention to detail and believes details matter.
- Is motivated to find answers independently but isn't afraid to ask smart questions when needed.
- Operates with integrity, even when the right path is the hard one.
- Takes pride in being reliable, responsive, and team-oriented.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct residential and commercial real estate closings with professionalism and care.
- Review closing documents, contracts, and title work.
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, leases, easements, loan documents, and more.
- Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and your teammates to ensure smooth transactions.
- Participate in training and development to continually grow your legal skills.
- Conduct estate planning client meetings and signings as needed. (Training will be provided.)
