Job Requirements:
- At least 6-8 years of commercial litigation experience, including motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery), depositions and courtroom experience.
- Texas bar admission required.
- Experience in commercial foreclosure, receiverships, and guarantor enforcement litigation practice.
- Strong research and writing skills, including the ability to draft motions and adhere to proper Texas citation formatting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Self-motivated and organized.
