Job Description:Dracup & Patterson, Inc. is seeking a contract litigation attorney to independently manage real estate litigation matters in a fully remote, self-directed environment.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage business/commercial and/or real estate litigation matters through the pre-trial phase
- Draft motions, pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and legal analysis
- Analyze opposing counsel filings, contracts, discovery, and case materials
- Develop litigation strategy and communicate directly with clients as needed
- Manage deadlines, priorities, and case progression in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Demonstrated experience handling litigation matters independently
- 5+ years of real estate litigation experience required
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Comfortable operating in a self-directed remote environment
