There are ample opportunities available to associates for hands-on mentorship, growth and advancement.Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C. is seeking an associate with 3-7 years of experience in transactional real estate law. Strong preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience representing co-ops and condominiums. The ideal candidate should have:
- strong writing and analytical skills;
- experience communicating directly with clients;
- excellent organizational skills; and
- the ability and focus to independently see projects through to completion
- Applicants must be admitted to and in good standing with the New York State Bar to be considered for this position. This is predominantly an in-office position with some flexibility for remote work.
Base Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 (commensurate with experience).
To facilitate a work/life balance, the firm has a low billable hour requirement. The firm offers additional compensation per billable hour above the required minimum. Additionally, the firm offers generous PTO, a profit-sharing plan as well as commuter benefit and health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance (for which the firm pays 100% of the premiums).
